TVC in partnership with Local, have supported Derbyshire County Council since 2022 on the development of a new creative programme framework - exploring the creative practises around making in Derbyshire. This new programme offer is set to launch in 2023 - and connect cultural institutions and audiences across the coming years around themes of making and individual creativity.
